West Coast Swing videos for choreographing a routine

Rachel and I are working on choreographing a new west coast swing dance routine. Here are some videos we are reviewing for ideas.

Feel free to comment on things you like! Thanks, David

Jordan Frisbee and Melissa Rutz 2009 Pheonix Jack and Jill this had 34,000 views at the time I embedded it.

Here’s Jordan and Jessica Cox at the 2010 Jack n Jill in Pheonix. Hot songs in this video and nice kiss to start the dance.

Jordan and Tatianna’s 2010 Routine at the US Open Swing Dance Championships. This is the first time I’ve seen that kind of make-up at a west coast swing competition. Nice shirt Tat! I don’t like the music much. 55,000 views as of Feb 2010.

This one of Jordan, Tatianna, Parker and Jessica has 700,000 views.

West Coast Swing dance to I like it by Enrique Iglesias

Dancin’ Dawn and David dance West Coast Swing and Hustle to “I like it” by Enrique Iglesias.

“I like it” is a very dance able pop song for Hustle and West Coast Swing. Here is the music video for “I like it.”

We’ve enjoyed dancing to Enrique’s songs over the years. “Bailamos” is an excellent Samba song.
Here is the video for “Bailamos”
