Antenna of Love – The Best Day of my Life – Episode 1
Today I begin my journey of sharing my gift of storytelling. It is my 37th birthday and I have finally discovered and developed my purpose for living the best day of my life everyday.
Here is a story about how to tune in your love antenna. Thanks for tuning in and sharing with someone who may also find this valuable, entertaining and remarkable.
In harmony, David.
Summary of the Story in video above:
It’s been 37 years to the day and I feel like I finally figured out what I am supposed to be.
It’s been a winding, start and go back journey of of thought, experiment and coaching here I am.
A storyteller.
So welcome to day 1 of this story where we explore some fun, joy and personal power together.
The common thread of this story is a fun little topic we call evolution.
I think evolution is the process of learning about our connection between self and all.
By learning I mean making better more connected choices.
So let’s get started with our first story about the human love antennae.
Let’s picture the antennea on our car.
It is straight right?
What does your car antenna do?
It sends and receives signals to other antennas.
Your human spine is also an antennae.
When its straight it can help you clearly communicate with other people and more importantly with yourself.
So let’s take a second and put your right hand on top of your head.
Now push your head down so your spine is curved. How do you feel? Physically? Emotionally?
Let’s align and stretch our spine and push our hand up toward the sky!
Now, how do you feel?
Aah that feels great.
An aligned spine will give you more confidence, strength and opportunities!
Now you are empowered to Have the Best Day of your life!

“I like it” is a very dance able pop song for Hustle and West Coast Swing. Here is the music video for “I like it.”
We’ve enjoyed dancing to Enrique’s songs over the years. “Bailamos” is an excellent Samba song.
