Hey folks this is my first time filming with my Android Phone. The quality is not great but I hope you find these west coast swing dance step videos helpful and fun.

We are having a great time at the 2010 Adult Ed Ballroom Line dance classes at Lake Avenue Middle School in Saratoga Springs, NY.

I am teaching fun easy line dances that help new dancers learn the basic body posture and movement. We have about 30 folks in the class. We are line dancing so everyone can join us weather you have a dance partner or not.

Here is the story of Dancin’ David. This is my first step toward a documentary on the lifestyles of ballroom and bar-room dance teachers and dancers.

Cross body lead

Dawn and I are having fun, learning and dancing with Tango Fusion Dance Company here in Saratoga Springs.

Wow, what a great day yesterday was! It all began with a great conversation with Dawn, then on to dance practice with Tango Fusion dance company for 3 hours at the Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Saratoga Springs.

Then to the office for hours of helping our clients reach their goals.

Back to dancing with a private lesson from Steve at Arthur Murray. Followed by 2 hours of dancing at latin night at Mare in Saratoga!

I slept great, I feel great and this morning I started writing my next book about dancing. I’m thinking of calling it “Leading Men.”

More on that soon.

Coming up this weekend I’ll be DJing the Adirondack USA Dance on Saturday in Glens Falls. This will be a great time and there is a great dance demo scheduled.
